Supplying data to TMS

All data must be supplied with:

• Client name.
• Job name/job reference.
• Quantity per file.
• Detailed file layout.

Example Data Fields:

• Each component of the name (Title, Initials, Surname, and Qualifications) should be supplied in individual fields.
• Each line of the address should be supplied in individual fields.
• The postcode should appear in a separate field.

TMS are able to receive data in the following formats:

• PC CD ROM.
• PC DVD ROM.
• 1.44MB Floppy Disk (MS DOS Formatted).
• Iomega ZIP Disk 100MB or 250MB.

• e-mailed directly to your account manager (Max 10MB).
• FTP via our secure area contact your account manager for details.

Here are some instructions to get you started with the FTP site.

Create a new folder

To create a new folder e.g. for a new set of files for a new job, just press the right hand mouse button over the FTP window and select 'New Folder'.

To upload new content

To upload a new document or file to the FTP site just drag it from Microsoft Windows Explorer and drop it on the appropriate folder in the FTP window.

• ASCII Comma separated values (CSV) files.
• Microsoft Excel Worksheet/Workbook (XLS) files.
