Paul Parkin, Managing Director – Successful owner/director of DM production companies. Oversees all production and data management. Responsible for establishment of plant infrastructure and all new technological developments.

Mary Shilham, Client Services Director - Substantial experience of managing and training customer service teams in mailing houses. Focuses on achieving customer satisfaction through the consistent implementation of quality processes and procedures.

Jeanette MacDonald, Admin/Finance Director – Substantial operational experience of managing mailing houses. Responsible for finance, personnel and training. Leads accreditation process for IIP and QMP.
